Bargain and sale by William Heyward of Danbury in the county of Essex, yeoman, to John Springfield of Chelmsford, for £25 of all that tenement called "the blewe boar" in Chelmsford, bounded by the tenement of Robert Garton, "chapell priste," on the one part, and a tenement of the said William called the "almshous" on the other part; with its appurtenances including 2 brewing-vats and a stove in the kitchen, with a note by William Hayward acknowledging receipt from John Springfield of £6 13s. 4d., the first payment of the sum stated on the day of the document's making.
